• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Subscription and Payment

BusinessDone offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Document Processing and Storage

When you upload documents to BusinessDone:

• You retain all ownership rights to your original documents
• You grant us a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the Service
• Processed documents are stored securely and accessible only to you
• Documents may be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity as specified in your plan
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original documents

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BusinessDone and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE. OCR TECHNOLOGY MAY NOT PERFECTLY RECOGNIZE ALL TEXT, ESPECIALLY IN DOCUMENTS WITH POOR IMAGE QUALITY, UNUSUAL FONTS, OR COMPLEX LAYOUTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCRDONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
